Job Description

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead direct Sales Executives and drive rapid new business sales growth in the region. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the plan, collaborate with Sales Operations to effectively Go-To-Market, and actively engage in territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity development. Your goal will be to drive revenue by supporting Field Sales Teams in closing opportunities, recruiting, coaching, and mentoring team members to drive excellence, and managing and reporting accurate forecast and pipeline to the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new business sales growth in the region.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the plan, collaborating with Sales Operations to effectively Go-To-Market.
  3. Actively engage in territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity development.
  4. Drive revenue by supporting Field Sales Teams in closing opportunities.
  5. Recruit, coach, and mentor team members to drive excellence.
  6. Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline to the business.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need extensive track records of new business sales success, presentation, and negotiation skills within industry and at C-Level. Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and financial planning skills are also essential to meet and exceed quotas and goals. Experience in driving sales process, effective working relationships with Sales Operations, and CRM reports is a must. Additionally, you should have strong business and financial acumen, built self-motivated sales teams that embrace collaboration and enthusiasm, and championed top performers while constantly developing and coaching the team.
