Job Description
The Sales Director Leadership Opportunity involves leading direct Sales Executives and driving rapid new business sales growth in the region. This role requires developing and executing sales strategies aligned with the plan, collaborating with Sales Operations to effectively Go-To-Market, and engaging in territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity development. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new business sales growth in the region.
- Developing and executing sales strategies aligned with the plan, collaborating with Sales Operations to effectively Go-To-Market.
- Actively engaging in territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity development.
- Driving revenue by supporting Field Sales Teams in closing opportunities.
- Recruiting, coaching, and mentoring team members to drive excellence.
- Managing and reporting accurate forecast and pipeline to the business.
Key Requirements and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A proven track record of new business sales success, including presentation and negotiation skills within industry and at C-Level.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas and goals.
- Experience in driving sales process, effective working relationships with Sales Operations, and CRM reports.
- Strong business and financial acumen, as well as ability to build long-term strategic and senior-level relationships.
- Built self-motivated sales teams that embrace collaboration and enthusiasm, and championed top performers while constantly developing and coaching the team.
