About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Enterprise Sales Director. In this role, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation in the Professional Services sector by selling Unit4's ERP Financial and HCM solutions.
As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in qualifying leads, engaging with key decision-makers, and owning complex sales cycles from start to finish. Your mission is to craft and execute a killer new business sales strategy to hit ambitious targets in the Professional Services vertical.
Responsibilities
- Craft and execute a killer new business sales strategy to hit ambitious targets in the Professional Services vertical.
- Qualify leads like a pro and engage key decision-makers with a consultative, value-driven approach.
- Owning complex sales cycles from start to finish, orchestrating cross-functional teams—pre-sales, value engineering, marketing, and more—to close big deals.
- Deliver powerful, results-oriented presentations to C-level execs, focusing on their core challenges and the Office of the CFO.
- Help prospects see the business impact of our solutions, turning skeptics into believers.
Requirements
- You're a go-getter with 8–10+ years of experience selling complex SaaS solutions.
- You have a proven track record in ERP or financial SaaS sales (mandatory).
- You're a pro at navigating the Professional Services sector and understand its unique needs.
- Business processes? You know them inside and out.
- You have the charisma to inspire, the resilience to negotiate, and the vision to guide clients toward success.
