Role Overview
The Enterprise Account Executive role at Microsoft Power Platform Community is designed to empower customers on their digital journey, driving digital technology transformation and achieving targeted business outcomes.
Leveraging your extensive customer network and sales experience, you will orchestrate full customer teams across all areas of Microsoft to deliver customer outcomes across the customer lifecycle, building deep trust with Microsoft.
Main Responsibilities
- Cultivate Customer Relationships – Develops and maintains strong relationships with senior-level customers, engaging them on business planning and promoting mutually beneficial digital transformation strategies.
- Drive Business Growth – Proactively identifies new business opportunities, driving growth and net new business through industry-relevant solutions.
- Lead Extended Teams – Orchestrates extended virtual teams across our solution areas, consistently achieving growth in revenue and market share.
- Stay Industry-Aware – Maintains a deep understanding of customers' industries, business strategies, and key industry partners and solutions.
