Regional Sales Leader

At TN Sweden, we are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Leader to lead our sales initiatives in Scandinavia. This is a newly created position that will coordinate and align sales activities in the Nordic countries, which include Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in aviation management, Business Administration, or a related field and minimum 8-10 years of experience in aviation, with a focus on leadership and strategic management.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to the sales teams, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.
- Develop and execute strategies to capitalize on the rapid growth of the Nordic region's aviation sector.
- Oversee daily operations of sales teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
