Regional Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Representative - Key Accounts to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our business. As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services within a sales team to achieve established sales targets and improve overall business results.
Main Responsibilities
- Building strong relationships with potential customers to drive future sales and repeat business.
- Providing regular updates to the organisation on customer feedback, competitor information, and market trends.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Ensuring all sales activities are aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals.
Requirements
- A background in B2B sales, preferably from the lighting industry.
- A well-established network of contacts in the Stockholm and wider Swedish region.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- An ambitious, self-motivated, and well-structured approach.
- The ability to find new leads and engage with new prospects to drive growth and profitability.
- Excellent presentation skills and technique, combined with charisma and personality.
- A relevant technical education is an added benefit.
