We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers in the midsize private sector, focusing on both current customers and acquiring new ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Acquisition & Retention: Proactively identify and engage potential customers in the midsize private sector, focusing on both current customers and acquiring new ones.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, trusting relationships with accounts across Sweden. Ensure consistent follow-up, deliver product insights, and manage client needs and expectations.
- Expand Customer Base: Onboard and empower both existing and new acquisition customers, assisting partners with a winning strategy while always prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Commercial Strategy: Strategize and execute commercial activities tailored to individual accounts, including discussions on new product launches and effective merchandising.
- Collaboration: Foster executive-level collaborations between partners and customers to enhance business synergy.
- Market Growth: Design and implement strategic business plans to expand Lenovo's market presence. Stay updated on market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by maximizing opportunities across diverse business partner channels, capitalizing on our channel incentive programs.
Team Dynamics:
- Reporting: Directly report to the Nordic Mid-Market Manager, located in Sweden.
- Collaborative Approach: Engage in weekly collaborative planning sessions and meetings with internal sales teams across the Nordics to ensure cohesive growth strategies.
