A Strong Brand and Growing Nordic Organization: Sales Representative in West of Sweden

We Seek an Independent and Entrepreneurial Individual to Increase Sales and Market Share in Their Area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for car and tire dealership customers in their area, acting as the primary contact person. They will ensure dealers offer Goodyear tyres and have the necessary knowledge to sell them.

Frequent travel across Sweden is required, with occasional trips abroad. We prefer candidates residing in West of Sweden. The Sales Representative will report to the Head of Sales for Sweden and Finland but collaborate within the Nordic organisation where English is the working language.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Increase sales and market share in their designated area.
  • Maintain strong relationships with car and tyre dealership customers.
  • Travel frequently within Sweden and occasionally internationally.
  • Collaborate with the Nordic organisation and report to the Head of Sales for Sweden and Finland.
Requirements:
  • Flexible and entrepreneurial attitude with a drive to increase sales.
  • Ability to meet or exceed set sales targets.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales and creating new customer relationships.
  • Background in the automotive or tyre industry.
  • Commercial or sales education is advantageous.
  • Strong teamwork and social skills.
  • Willingness to travel and adaptability in a varied work environment.
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English languages.
  • Familiarity with Windows Office and CRM systems.
