At TN Sweden, we are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee our aviation sales initiatives in the Nordic region. As Director of Sales, you will provide strategic leadership to our teams, ensuring alignment with our overall goals and driving growth in the rapidly expanding Nordic market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to capitalize on the Nordic region's aviation sector growth, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Team Management: Oversee daily operations, fostering a collaborative high-performance culture, and conduct regular performance assessments.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with airline partners, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion within the Nordic region, evaluating potential partnerships to enhance our presence in the aviation industry.

As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record in leadership roles within the aviation industry, in-depth knowledge of Nordic region market trends, regulations, and dynamics. You will possess strong negotiation and contract management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language.
