About the Role:

As Regional Sales Lead for Scandinavia, you will be responsible for leading our sales initiatives in the region, ensuring alignment with our overall goals and driving growth in the rapidly expanding Nordic market.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Oversee daily operations, fostering a collaborative high-performance culture, and conduct regular performance assessments.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with airline partners, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership roles within the aviation industry, in-depth knowledge of Nordic region market trends, regulations, and dynamics, and strong negotiation and contract management skills.
