We are looking for a Sales Expansion Leader who can create a focused market strategy and execute proactive sales activities for our Consumer Goods, Retail, and Logistics vertical. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing net new business and developing new pipeline opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and win deals in the services space.
  • Be the face of Infosys to the market and help position us as an industry leader and trusted advisor.
  • Leverage our ecosystem of capabilities to develop solutions addressing client business problems.
  • Develop visionary platform solutions that drive growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of identifying and winning deals in the services space.
  • Experience interacting and building relationships with CXOs of leading organizations.
  • Hands-on expertise with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
  • Negotiation skills with complex, high-value-added offers.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, open-mindedness, boldness, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A history of achieving or overachieving sales targets.
  • Experience in S/W contract negotiations.
  • Competitor mapping and SWAT analysis skills.
  • Ability to define specific or radical solutions within abstract environments.
  • A well-established network within the IT services industry and CPG, Retail, and Logistics vertical.
  • Capacity to identify upcoming RFPs/deals through networking with key client stakeholders.
  • Understanding of Global Delivery Model (offshore/outsourcing).
