Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Customer Experience Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the industry and the ability to drive results.

The role involves collaborating with business leaders to create strategic plans for customer support, gathering and analyzing market intelligence, and assisting with product launches. You will also be responsible for managing a team of approximately 12 members, with approximately 20% travel within the Nordics and around 10 days per year outside the region.

Familiarity with Business-to-Consumer techniques and various Enterprise Resource Planning systems is essential. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills are also required.

Responsibilities:
