Nordic Customer Support Team Lead

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Customer Experience Leader to lead our customer support teams in the Nordic region. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership behaviors, including ethics, integrity, and a results-driven mindset.
The role involves overseeing and inspiring the Nordic support team, focusing on performance management and professional development. Additionally, you will collaborate with business leaders to create strategic plans for customer support that align with our overall objectives.
Gathering and analyzing market intelligence from various sources will be crucial in informing decision-making. You will also assist with product launches and coordinate support efforts across multiple departments.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Familiarity with Business-to-Consumer techniques and various Enterprise Resource Planning systems is essential.
This position involves approximately 20% travel within the Nordics and around 10 days per year outside the region. You will manage a team of approximately 12 members.
