Nordic Sales and Development Lead

TN Sweden is looking for a talented Business Developer to drive sales and development of our piping solutions in the Nordic energy sector.
Key Responsibilities- Promoting our Victaulic System to key stakeholders in the energy market.
- Reporting on weekly activities and marketing insights.
- Demonstrating the installation of our products and tools.
- Pursuing acceptance and specification of our system among key clients.
- Ensuring the presence of our products in the Nordic energy market through various channels.
- Maintaining relationships with local distributors and ensuring smooth information flow.
- Training contractors on the usage and installation of our products.
- Resolving product claims with our Corporate Engineering team.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A university degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of technical experience.
- Familiarity with the piping industry or willingness to learn.
- Experience in the energy sector, particularly with major players.
- Strong commercial skills, ambition, and customer focus.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and English fluency.
