Sales Strategy Leader, Personal Health

We are looking for an accomplished sales strategist to lead our efforts in the Nordic food environment. As a Sales Strategy Leader, Personal Health, you will develop and execute plans to drive business growth, focusing on key customer relationships and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implementing Channel Strategy: Develop clear customer strategies, objectives, and tactical plans to drive profitable growth.
  2. Driving Performance: Ensure strategy execution drives sell-out and profitable growth according to agreed targets.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify market and shopper insights, nurture customer relationships, and develop business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales strategy experience in the FMCG sector.
  • Able to analyze market dynamics and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on customer-centricity.
  • English language proficiency at a professional level, with knowledge of at least one Nordic language.
