Business Development Manager, Health Sector

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager, Health Sector, to join our team in the Nordic region. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and profitability in the personal health business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop customer strategies, objectives, and tactical plans to drive sell-out and profitable growth.
- Nurture and develop existing customers, identifying opportunities to grow our green logo products in the channel.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, trade, shopper, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of strategies and plans.
Requirements:
- Strategic sales experience in the FMCG sector.
- Able to translate customer strategies into actionable plans, build strong relationships, and open new doors.
- Ability to inspire and coach others, driving results through leadership and collaboration.
- Professional proficiency in English and at least one Nordic language.
