Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with pediatric ophthalmologists, opticians, and clinic personnel to position Santen as a preferred partner.
  • Strengthen customer relationships at regional and national levels, working closely with Country Managers to drive satisfaction and collaboration opportunities.
  • Collect and report safety-related information and quality-related information to ensure compliance with current requirements.

We require an individual with proven experience in account management or sales within the healthcare industry, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management is also essential.
