We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Securities Finance & Structured Products Sales team as an Assistant Sales Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of the fast-paced trading floor at Nordea Bank Norge ASA, one of the largest Nordic banks.

The job is based in Stockholm and is designed to kick-start your career within the Markets Sales & Trading area. You will gain unparalleled exposure to Nordea's trading floor through hands-on experience with complex financing structures, securities lending and various equity and credit derivative products.

About Our Team

The Securities Finance & Structured Products Sales team is responsible for originating, structuring and executing market leading securities finance deals and structured products to a broad range of professional clients across the Nordics and beyond.

In this role, you will become an integral part of the team, working closely with experienced colleagues and clients to provide first-class capital market products. We offer an innovative environment characterized by teamwork and trust, where your ideas and contribution will be valued from day one.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist senior colleagues in day-to-day operational matters related to clients.
  • Analyse market opportunities, help structure deals and build client pitches.
  • Develop expertise in securities finance, equity/credit derivatives, and structured products.
  • Drive internal and external promotion of our products.
  • Collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders.
