We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team in the Nordic region. As a Senior Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise and take ownership of your sales strategy.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of our industry and customers' needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with our Business Development, Customer Success Department, and Leadership team to identify new sales opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve sales goals.
- Provide expert advice and support to guide customers through the sales process.
- Present and demonstrate the value of our solution to prospective buyers, highlighting its unique benefits and competitive advantages.
- Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure their needs are being met and provide ongoing support to drive conversion.
- Compile and analyze data to identify trends and optimize sales performance.
- Maintain and update accurate records of contact information and sales interactions.
- 4+ years proven sales experience in a B2B SaaS context, preferably as a Senior Account Executive.
- Strong knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
- Drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while hunting for new opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Results-driven with a sense of urgency, able to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with the OEM landscape in the Nordics, including manufacturing and aftermarket knowledge.
- Enthusiastic and passionate personality, committed to delivering exceptional results and growing with our company.
- Self-driven and proactive, persuasive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
