At TN Sweden, we are revolutionizing the way companies work with employer branding and recruiting online. We're looking for a talented Customer Success Representative to join our team and help us make HR heroes.
We're a young, fast-moving tech company that's passionate about what we do. Our Employer Branding and ATS SaaS platform is used by over 10,000 companies worldwide, with 200,000 users in 90 countries.
As a Customer Success Representative, you'll be responsible for implementing and onboarding new customers, helping them use our platform at its full potential, and working as a strategic advisor for our clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and onboarding new customers.
- Helping our customers use our platform to its full potential.
- Working as a strategic advisor for our customers.
- Working proactively with renewals.
- Building strong relationships.
