Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated CUSTOMER SUCCESS ENGINEER to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers achieve their desired outcomes from using our products and services.

    Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and goals.
  2. Develop and implement customized solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer.
  3. Provide ongoing support and training to customers to ensure they get the most out of our products and services.
  4. Identify and prioritize new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement of our products and services.

    Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role as a Technical Account Manager, Consultant, Solutions Architect, Platform Engineer, Systems Engineer, Cloud Architect etc.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including architecture, security, and scalability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel extensively and work in a fast-paced environment.
