Customer Success Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated CUSTOMER SUCCESS ENGINEER to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers achieve their desired outcomes from using our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and goals.
- Develop and implement customized solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer.
- Provide ongoing support and training to customers to ensure they get the most out of our products and services.
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement of our products and services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Technical Account Manager, Consultant, Solutions Architect, Platform Engineer, Systems Engineer, Cloud Architect etc.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including architecture, security, and scalability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to travel extensively and work in a fast-paced environment.
