At Proposales AB, we're revolutionizing the way hotels create and send business proposals. As a Customer Success Professional, you'll play a pivotal role in helping customers achieve their desired outcomes with our innovative solution.

You'll be responsible for managing customer portfolios, onboarding new clients, and ensuring successful adoption of our product. Your goal will be to drive expansion within your accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring clients maximize the value of our solution.

You'll work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure alignment and maximize impact. You'll also provide feedback to the Product team to help shape the future of Proposales based on customer insights.

About This Role:
  1. Customer Portfolio Management: Act as the expert point of contact for your portfolio of strategic accounts, providing support and guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.
  2. Onboarding & Engagement: Take charge of onboarding new customers and ensuring successful adoption. You'll use a mix of digital tools and in-person interactions to deliver exceptional service and build strong relationships.
  3. Growth & Upsell Opportunities: Drive expansion within your accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from Proposales.
  4. Collaboration with Sales & Product Teams: Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure alignment and maximize impact. Provide feedback to the Product team to help shape the future of Proposales based on customer insights.
