Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join our Customer Success department as a Team Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of 20 Customer Success Managers, including Senior and Enterprise CSMs.

You will provide guidance and support to your team members, help them develop their skills and knowledge, and ensure that they have the resources they need to succeed.

You will also be responsible for setting performance targets and measuring progress towards those targets.
