Technical Leadership

As an AWS Technical Account Manager, you will be a technical leader, working closely with customers to craft and execute strategies that drive adoption and use of AWS services. Your technical acumen and customer obsession will enable you to drive technical discussions and advocate for the customer.

You will develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges. With a deep understanding of operational parameters and troubleshooting, you will be able to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to reduce cost and complexity.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role as a Technical Account Manager, Consultant, Solutions Architect, Platform Engineer, Systems Engineer, Cloud Architect etc.
  • Understanding of operational parameters and troubleshooting for 2 or more of the following: Compute, Storage, Networking, CDN, Databases, DevOps, Big Data and Analytics, Security, Applications Development.
  • Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience with the ability to clearly articulate to small and large audiences.
  • Ability to juggle tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer obsessed.
