We're TN Sweden, a fast-paced tech company that's passionate about making HR heroes. We're seeking a talented Client Success Professional - Stockholm to join our Customer Success department and take care of our Swedish clients.
As a Client Success Professional - Stockholm, you'll be responsible for implementing and onboarding new customers, helping them use our platform at its full potential, and working as a strategic advisor for our clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and onboarding new customers.
- Helping our customers use our platform to its full potential.
- Working as a strategic advisor for our customers.
- Working proactively with renewals.
- Building strong relationships.
