About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Success Director to join our team. As a Client Success Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients achieve their desired outcomes through our platform. You will work closely with our product, engineering, and legal teams to develop and deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and delivering solutions that meet client needs
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and legal teams
  • Building trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Delivering impactful product demonstrations and presentations

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have 3-5 years of experience in B2B GTM or CSM, preferably at a top-tier law firm or management consultancy. You should be naturally curious, always seeking to learn, and view every challenge as a growth opportunity. You will also need to possess extreme grit and determination, allowing you to weather setbacks and persist towards your goals.
