We are a leading company in the Livestock Animal Health and Technology sectors. Our vision is to deliver innovative solutions that improve animal health and productivity.
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Operations Manager to lead our customer support teams in the Nordic region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the industry and the ability to drive results.
The role involves managing a team of approximately 12 members, with approximately 20% travel within the Nordics and around 10 days per year outside the region. You will be responsible for creating strategic plans for customer support, gathering and analyzing market intelligence, and assisting with product launches.
Familiarity with Business-to-Consumer techniques and various Enterprise Resource Planning systems is essential. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills are also required.
