Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as Head of Nordics, leading our operations in the region. You will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Instills a pro-active, strategic, commercial, and collaborative culture empowering our partners and customers to think innovatively about future business opportunities and facilitate change.
  • Develop customized future growth plans that support brand objectives of multi-channel distribution while maintaining premium brand equity and professional product positioning.
  • Build and develop a direct commercial relationship with e-retailers, and manage future commercial negotiations, including marketing investment and pricing decisions- supported by the Ecommerce Key Account Manager Nordic.
  • P&L responsibility for the Nordics.

Requirements:

  • Commercial experience working with premium skin and/or beauty brands or similar.
  • Experience working with agents and/or distributors.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Swedish or Norwegian and English.
