Job Description

This is a strategic business leadership role with commercial responsibility for the Nordic region. The Head of Nordics will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributors and agents, and developing customized future growth plans to support brand objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a clearly defined annual Business Plan for regional responsibilities delivered through local in-market Agents and Distributor.
  • P&L responsibility for the Nordics.
  • Instill a pro-active, strategic, commercial, and collaborative culture empowering our partners and customers to think innovatively about future business opportunities and facilitate change.
  • Develop customized future growth plans that support brand objectives of multi-channel distribution while maintaining premium brand equity and professional product positioning.
  • Build and develop a direct commercial relationship with e-retailers, and manage future commercial negotiations, including marketing investment and pricing decisions- supported by the Ecommerce Key Account Manager Nordic.

The Role Requires:

  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive sales growth and P&L management.
  • Commercial experience working with premium skin and/or beauty brands or similar.
  • Experience working with agents and/or distributors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluency in Swedish or Norwegian and English.
