As Head of Nordic Sales and Partnerships, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and expanding our presence in the Nordic markets.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing regional business plans, building strong relationships with key customers and partners, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives and delivery of business results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and develop strategic sales plans.
- Develop and execute plans to engage distributors and key partners, closing significant agreements that benefit all parties.
- Drive innovation in livestock health by analyzing market trends and customer feedback.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the livestock industry with a strong grasp of cattle health and monitoring solutions.
- Proven track record in leadership and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
This role requires regular travel within the Nordic region with flexibility for remote work to support work-life balance.
