About the Team

We are a high-performing team that works collaboratively to achieve exceptional results. As a Category Development Manager, you will be working alongside peers who are passionate about delivering outstanding performance and driving business growth.

You will report directly to the Head of Marketing & Commercial Nordics and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute category strategies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree required (preferably in Business or Marketing); Master's Degree is a plus.
  • Ideally 5-6 years' experience in FMCG category development & analytics.
  • Experience with Nielsen/Euromonitor or other insights platforms and retailer shopper insight platforms.
  • Highly numerate and strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market, category, and financial data to identify key trends and recommend solutions.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with good planning skills and the ability to manage cross-functional category projects both within and outside of the company.
  • Strong key stakeholder management skills (both internal and external).
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral; Nordic language is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
