  • Manage our business in the Nordics, driving our brands forward.
  • Build and lead teams with a focus on strategic direction and quality execution.
  • Optimize processes and increase efficiency by controlling relevant KPIs.
  • Manage and control profit and loss statements of the business units in the Nordics.
  • Work closely with the international leadership team to achieve business goals.
">Qualifications:
  • Accomplished studies at a top international university with a focus on economics.
  • Relevant experience in management consultancy and/or management position in a start-up.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Independent and autonomous leadership quality combined with a highly motivated team player attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Swedish, Danish, and Finnish skills are a plus.
