At CBRE GWS Sweden, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our dynamic team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Front Office team, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery and driving business growth through innovative solutions.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement customer experience strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Manage and motivate a high-performing Front Office team to deliver outstanding service excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and increase operational efficiency.
- Ensure seamless communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to meet their needs and exceed expectations.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in hospitality or front office management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
