Customer Experience Strategist

We're seeking a Customer Experience Strategist to join our team at Remotion. As a seasoned professional, you'll be responsible for helping our customers drive unparalleled corporate success through data-driven growth and agile strategies.
With a minimum of two years of experience in different positions, you'll bring a unique perspective to our team. Your passion for marketing technology and ability to creatively find solutions will make you an invaluable asset to our customers.
In this role, you'll work closely with our customers and internal teams to develop and launch marketing activities and implement campaigns that orchestrate new customer journeys. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will ensure that every project is completed to the highest standard.

About the Role
As a consultant at Remotion, you'll be working on projects that push the boundaries of marketing and IT, using your technical lead skills to guide our customers towards innovative solutions. With opportunities to take part in Salesforce implementation and configuration projects, you'll have the chance to grow your skills and expertise.
Your Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing positions or with CRM
- Previous experience from consultancy or specialist positions within market communication
- Familiarity with technologies such as Braze, Hubspot, and CDPs would be a great asset
