Regional Business Development Manager

Jackson Europe is looking for a skilled Regional Business Development Manager to lead sales efforts in Northern Europe. This role demands a sales professional with exceptional relationship-building skills and a passion for driving growth.

Job Description

This Senior Key Account Executive will be responsible for expanding our customer base in Northern Europe by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with key clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Provide actionable feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Represent Jackson Europe at industry events and meetings with key accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably within the sports or outdoor industry.
  • Regional management experience is highly valued.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish required.
  • Familiarity with market dynamics in Northern Europe; knowledge of figure skating is a plus but not essential.
