We are seeking an exceptional Enterprise Transformation Director - Sweden to lead our sales team in the Nordics and drive revenue growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and shape the future of our organisation.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve outstanding results
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and pipeline development
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver commercial outcomes
- Hire, train, and coach new and existing sales executives to master the MEDDPICC Sales methodology
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 12+ years of industry-related sales experience, including 5+ years of experience in sales management
- Business or fluent Swedish & English expected
- Enterprise SAAS and/or complex software transformation solution sales background
- Strong listening, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ideally thought leadership on Cloud Modernization and AI Transformation
