We are seeking an exceptional Enterprise Transformation Director - Sweden to lead our sales team in the Nordics and drive revenue growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and shape the future of our organisation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve outstanding results
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and pipeline development
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver commercial outcomes
  • Hire, train, and coach new and existing sales executives to master the MEDDPICC Sales methodology

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 12+ years of industry-related sales experience, including 5+ years of experience in sales management
  • Business or fluent Swedish & English expected
  • Enterprise SAAS and/or complex software transformation solution sales background
  • Strong listening, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ideally thought leadership on Cloud Modernization and AI Transformation
