Molanders Sign & Display / Durst Nordic represents Durst exclusively in Sweden, Norway, Finland, the Baltic States, and Denmark for label printing systems. The company was successfully built up and co-founded by the current CEO Hans Molander. We are now looking for a successor to Hans who will build on the great achievements and continue to develop the market together with us.

The position requires a high-level manager who can spearhead the growth and management of our Nordic operations, currently generating ~ 80 million SEK in annual revenue. The successful candidate will manage and build a team of 10-15 in sales, service, and administration, driving towards long-term profitability.

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Leadership: Proven track record in leading a team of at least five people.
  • Industry Knowledge: Essential experience in print, digital printing, or related sectors.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Swedish and English; knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Global Experience: Experience in managing national operations within an international company.
  • Core Competencies: Strong sales acumen, excellent communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
