Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Foodservice Solutions in the Nordic region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Develop and execute plans to transition from a distributor to a hybrid GTM model, focusing on identifying new customers and expanding market reach.
  2. Customer Relationships: Manage strong relationships with Away From Home direct accounts, including pricing and investments, while maintaining retention and satisfaction.
  3. Strategic Planning: Create and execute yearly direct channel strategies, including customer investments and plans, to contribute to long-term channel strategy and take the Nordics business to the next level.
  4. Sales Performance: Track and report sales performance, ensuring key KPIs are met, and conduct forecasting and demand planning to ensure a smooth supply chain.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or Marketing.
  • +5 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in Grocery/FMCG Foodservice.
  • Fluent Swedish and English skills.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and result-driven skills.
  • Able to simplify complex challenges and provide simple solutions.
