About this Job
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in central Stockholm. In this role, you will contribute to the development of the Nordic Away From Home market.
Your Responsibilities:
- Business Development and Customer Relationship Management:
- Transition business from distributor to hybrid GTM model
- Manage Away From Home direct accounts, including pricing and investments
- Acquire new customers to expand market reach
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring retention and satisfaction
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Create and implement yearly direct channel strategy, including customer investments and plans
- Contribute to long-term channel strategy to take Nordics business to next level
- Sales Performance and Reporting:
- Track and report sales performance, ensuring key KPIs are met
- Conduct forecasting and demand planning to ensure smooth supply chain
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder (preferably in Sales, Business Administration or Marketing). Master's degree considered as plus
- +5 years' experience in similar/relevant position in Key Account Management. Experience from Grocery/FMCG Foodservice is plus
- Other skills: MS Office
- Languages: Fluent Swedish and fluent English skills
