About this Job

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in central Stockholm. In this role, you will contribute to the development of the Nordic Away From Home market.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development and Customer Relationship Management:
    1. Transition business from distributor to hybrid GTM model
    2. Manage Away From Home direct accounts, including pricing and investments
    3. Acquire new customers to expand market reach
    4. Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring retention and satisfaction
  2. Strategic Planning and Execution:
    1. Create and implement yearly direct channel strategy, including customer investments and plans
    2. Contribute to long-term channel strategy to take Nordics business to next level
  3. Sales Performance and Reporting:
    1. Track and report sales performance, ensuring key KPIs are met
    2. Conduct forecasting and demand planning to ensure smooth supply chain

Your Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree holder (preferably in Sales, Business Administration or Marketing). Master's degree considered as plus
  2. +5 years' experience in similar/relevant position in Key Account Management. Experience from Grocery/FMCG Foodservice is plus
  3. Other skills: MS Office
  4. Languages: Fluent Swedish and fluent English skills
