Sales Development Expert

Pareto is seeking a highly driven Enterprise Client Acquisitions specialist to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and developing strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
Main Objectives:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other sales techniques.
- Maintain and build relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a business-to-business setting.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales technology platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
