Motorica is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Expert to drive growth and expansion within the animation technology space.
This role requires a deep understanding of AA+/AAA game studio operations, animation pipelines, and enterprise-level challenges in the gaming industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic sales initiatives targeting major entertainment companies, managing deals valued at $100K+ annually.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers within major gaming and entertainment organizations.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to expand Motorica's presence within enterprise accounts while maximizing revenue potential.
- Orchestrate and close sophisticated, multi-stakeholder deals while coordinating cross-functional internal teams to support enterprise client needs.
- Own and optimize the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on large-scale, organization-wide implementations.
About You:
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with a track record of closing deals $100K+ and managing long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to take lead on complex sales cycles and navigate multiple stakeholder relationships at the enterprise level.
- Presentation and negotiation skills, with experience selling to C-level executives in large organizations.
- Understanding of enterprise software implementation and integration challenges, with the ability to articulate technical value propositions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
