
Enterprise Partnerships Director

To propel further growth and optimize our existing core business with largest restaurant chains, we are seeking an Enterprise team lead to drive commercial efforts for our biggest multinational restaurant partners.
This role involves leading the Enterprise function, driving commercial excellence, and combining managing a team with enterprise sales and analytical performance management. You will work closely with the Account Management team to ensure strategic restaurant partners receive the highest value and growth possible through our partnership.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing complex, multi-national enterprise partnerships in a consultative manner. You must be able to engage in business development and P&L focused conversations with C-level executives at the biggest multinational restaurant chains. The ideal candidate balances relationship management with using data and insights to drive sales and account performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the Enterprise team to support their growth journey and reach best possible commercial success with partners.
- Build relationships with key Enterprise Restaurants merchants to position Wolt as a partner of choice for their omni-channel sales strategy.
- Provide support and insights during negotiations to secure profitable growth and closer partnership.
- Use data to drive commercial and strategic discussions regarding enterprise partnerships on a day-to-day basis.
- Set the local Enterprise strategy to accelerate Wolt's market penetration.
- Identify, implement, and deliver suitable OKR's for the Enterprise Team.
- Be the local go-to business expert on any matter regarding the Enterprise function.
- Collaborate with Wolt leadership and cross-functional teams for efficient internal collaboration.
