About the Job
Databricks is looking for an experienced sales leader to join our team as an Enterprise Software Sales Director. In this role, you will lead a team of account executives and drive growth in the Nordic region.
You will be responsible for defining the sales strategy and sponsoring cross-functional initiatives. Your primary goal will be to achieve your team's overall quota and grow Databricks consumption.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage revenue and customer success processes. Key responsibilities include establishing company territory plans, team structure, individual quotas, and patches for your team, including investment capacity requirements.
As a senior leader, you will also report on revenue forecast and strategic GTM programs. You will develop trust-based relationships with customers and partners to ensure long-term success.
