
Emerging Enterprise Growth Director

Spearhead sales growth for Databricks Emerging Enterprise team by developing and executing strategic plans to expand existing business and land new customers.
This critical leadership role requires someone with a proven track record of driving sales revenue in high-growth technology companies. As a senior leader in the Nordic region, you will define sales strategies, sponsor cross-functional initiatives, and coach team members to enhance their performance.
You will be responsible for leading a team of account executives, establishing company territory plans, and partnering with cross-functional teams to manage revenue and customer success processes.
This role involves inspiring a culture of teamwork, leading with value, and achieving desired customer outcomes. It reports directly to the RVP, Emerging Enterprise.
