We're looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist with a strong focus on Enterprise customers to join our Lifecycle Marketing team. In this role, you will design and execute marketing automation strategies aimed at nurturing high-value accounts, driving usage, adoption, and expansion.
This is a highly collaborative role that has an impact on Mentimeter's enterprise growth, working at the intersection of product-led growth and account-based marketing.
- Campaigns and automated communication programs: Develop personalized campaigns and communication programs—focusing on email, in-app messaging, and other channels—to engage and convert enterprise accounts.
- Cross-functional alignment: Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to align account-based marketing initiatives and ensure consistent, personalized communication strategies across the user and customer journey.
- Lead activation: Leverage user behavior data to identify high-value touchpoints and create tailored engagement communications to drive customer journey conversions.
