Software Portfolio Growth Strategist

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Software Portfolio Growth Strategist. In this key role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing strategies to optimize and grow our software business in the Nordic region.
About the position:
This is a newly created position – a development role, where you will be able to start your own team. As the Software Portfolio Growth Strategist, you will act as the link between global initiatives and local market needs. You will define business strategies and roadmaps for software products and services, ensuring their relevance and success in the Nordic market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the software market and identify opportunities for growth.
- Define rollout strategies, lifecycles, and Nordic positioning of assigned software portfolios.
- Design, implement, and continuously monitor organizational growth plans to increase revenue, market share, and profit margins for software and related service businesses.
- Build and develop a solid, engaged, and growth-oriented network within the SI Buildings organization and drive proactive collaboration with Global Tech Units.
Requirements:
- Proven successful track record in leading a portfolio organization in the Smart Building/Infrastructure industry or similar.
- Approximately 10+ years of successful experience in a directly related software field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge.
- Ability to build and develop a solid, engaged, and growth-oriented network within the SI Buildings organization.
