The Role
As a Senior Sales Manager at Devoteam, you will play a pivotal role in driving the continued growth of our ServiceNow business by selling licenses and related consultancy services to clients across various sectors in Sweden.
You will be a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and demonstrating how Devoteam's expertise and ServiceNow's capabilities can deliver exceptional value and drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the Swedish market.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in Corporate, Enterprise, and Public Sector organizations, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address client needs and drive adoption of ServiceNow's platform.
- Lead all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Contribute to the development of best-in-class sales practices and methodologies within the ServiceNow sales team.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and ServiceNow's evolving product offerings to provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients.
Your Qualifications
- A proven track record of success in selling enterprise software solutions, with a strong preference for experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- A deep understanding of solution and value-based selling methodologies, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to identify client needs and develop compelling solutions that deliver measurable value.
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both verbal and written.
