About the Position

We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Expert Healthcare who is passionate about transforming healthcare and creating real, sustainable value for both our existing and future customers. As a Sales and Business Development Expert Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in driving our commercial success and meeting organizational goals.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customer accounts and stakeholders.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor positioning, and market developments.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to provide feedback on customer needs and help shape product development and sales strategies.
  • Utilizing CRM software (Upsales) to track and document sales processes.
  • Preparing sales proposals, contracts, and negotiating terms with new clients.
  • Providing input to marketing, sales, and product teams on customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong passion for healthcare transformation and a proven track record in sales, business development, and change management. You should be a skilled relationship builder, able to communicate complex ideas effectively and work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
