About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Informatics Sales Specialist to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the digitization of healthcare by marketing and selling our innovative Clinical Informatics product portfolio in Urology, Radiology, and Pathology.

The successful candidate will have a proven clinical background, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in clinical or Healthcare Informatics. They will also possess extensive clinical experience, specialized training, and a completed degree (technical or medical).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a dedicated team to drive business growth and support hospitals in improving workflows and ensuring high-quality care.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Sell assigned portfolio of products within an assigned geographic territory of Nordic, negotiating with clients, generating leads, giving clinical product presentations and demonstrations, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.
  • Provide clinical and technical product expertise on the product/modality across accounts, supporting overall business and product deal support.
  • Delve into customer needs, understanding competitive positioning and marketing strategy of respective product/modality, and supports where needed in identification of tender strategy and quotation.
  • Maintain awareness of competition and industry changes, providing effective feedback to the sales and marketing organizations that include suggestions for expanding product offerings.
  • Achieve established revenue growth expectations within assigned territory, and achievement of monthly/quarter/annual selling out target in his/her area.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans driving product usage, brand recommendation, to meet and exceed direct sales targets.
  • Partner with inside sales and marketing teams to optimize area coverage, understands and selects the right promotional tactics to optimize sales, responsible for maximizing promotions.
  • Conduct regular business review meetings with relevant stakeholders.
  • Prioritize optimized product mix (push sales/volume) and ensure orders are collected and turnover targets are reached.
  • Ensure queries are solved effectively balancing service and cost.
  • Drive continuous improvements applying LEAN methodologies.

About You:

  • Proven clinical experience with a minimum of 2 years' experience in clinical or Healthcare Informatics.
  • Extensive clinical experience with specialized training and a completed degree (technical or medical).
  • Convincing, reliable demeanor and equally high sales and IT affinity.
  • High commitment, willingness to travel most days of the week.
  • Motivated to work independently and able to organize yourself efficiently.
  • Fluent in English language.
