
Sales and Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Sales and Marketing team as a Future Leader Trainee. This two-year trainee program provides the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing, while also developing leadership skills.
About the Role- The first assignment will be based in Stockholm, where you will work on Trade Marketing projects.
- You will be responsible for creating channel and customer-specific communication plans, managing marketing projects, and developing sales materials for our sales team.
- In this role, you will be a coordinator between internal sales, customers, and marketing, bringing the Team's marketing strategies to reality in close cooperation with the Foodservice Team and the Marketing department.
- Create channel and customer-specific communication & marketing plans
- Manage marketing projects within the Swedish Foodservice business
- Develop sales material for our sales team in cooperation with our marketing agency
- Manage innovation projects & product changes/updates
- Create and implement launch plans
- Manage contacts with external agencies for marketing planning, realization of sales, and communication material
- Maintain close dialogue and contact with our Marketing / Trade Marketing & Category department
- Ensure cost-effective use of the Foodservice marketing budget
- Manage Barilla & Wasa Foodservice presence online in relevant social media
